Each of our 41 beautiful bedrooms are unique, but you will find some commonalities, each offers stylish four-star accommodation, and all our rooms feature our luxurious 1600 pocket sprung mattresses covered in the finest Egyptian cotton linen. To make sure you feel right at home, each room includes an en-suite bathroom, air conditioning, flat screen TV, complimentary Bramley toiletries and tea & coffee making facilities, with bottled water & milk.
Our cosy and historical restaurant is popular as a stand-alone restaurant, so if you are considering dining with us during your stay, we do encourage you to book in advance, as this allows us to guarantee you a table and deliver an enjoyable experience.
We offer a tailored experience, and our welcoming team work hard to ensure we tailor each visit to the guests’ requirements, making the checking out the saddest part.

Lazy Sundays

Character Room
Located in the oldest part of our Grade II listed building, our character rooms are a stunning, harmonious blend of old and new. They all feature deep-fill copper baths and walk in showers. Centuries-old features combined with modern touches - adding up to a very special stay indeed. Each Character room has different features such as a coffee machine, four-poster bed, chaise lounge or sofa within the room, plus the luxury of bathrobes and slippers. Cosy Character Room
A little smaller than our Character rooms, but beautifully presented, nonetheless. As with our standard Character rooms, the Romeo and Juliet Cosy Character Room is also located in the oldest part of our Grade II listed building, and is a stunning, cordial combination of old and new. Centuries-old features combined with modern luxuries, copper bath and walk-in shower. Alongside bathrobes & slippers - adding up to a very magical stay.

Grand Double
For a little more space to spread out in, opt for one of our beautiful Grand Double Rooms. Special and spacious, our Grand Rooms also afford you the luxury of a bigger bathroom – offering a beautifully deep roll-top bath and separate shower, accompanied with bathrobes and slippers, the perfect way to wind down after a day’s sightseeing in Stratford.
Our Grand Rooms can also be arranged to accommodate families, with the addition of a rollaway bed or cot. All our bedrooms are different in size, shape and decor, so if you wish to book a specific room or need an extra bed for your family, please contact us directly.

Accessible Rooms
Our Classic Accessible rooms encourage comfort and style to ensure that your stay in Stratford-Upon-Avon is as relaxing as possible.
We have two spacious, wheelchair-accessible rooms which include 6ft zip-and-link beds that can be made up for either twin or double occupancy.
Located on the ground floor, the accessible rooms have wider doorways to the bedroom and bathroom, allowing access to all. Safely refresh in our accommodating wet room facilities before unwinding in your cosy room.

Cosy Double
With double beds and well-appointed en-suite shower rooms, our cosy rooms make an excellent base from which to explore the historical town. Rooms include flat-screen televisions for entertainment whilst relaxing on your 1600 individual pocket spring mattresses and not to mention lovely plump pillows and soft sheets that guarantee a relaxing night’s rest and a wonderful stay.
Our Cosy Double Rooms have limited space and are more suited for solo travellers or short stays.

Group Bookings
All bookings of five or more rooms will be subject to our group booking terms.
Children and extra beds
Children under the age of 2 years old using a travel cot or staying in the bed with parents can stay free of charge.
Children aged 2 to 12 years old requiring an extra bed will be charged £35 per night including breakfast. Children between these ages not requiring an extra bed will only be charged for any additional meals such as breakfast.
Children over the age of 12 years old will be charged as adults. Our extra beds are not suitable for over 12’s.
No children under 18 years old are allowed to stay unaccompanied by an adult.
Please note that not all our rooms can accommodate extra beds so please contact us directly to discuss your requirements.

Booking Terms & Conditions
Making a booking
By making a booking you are confirming that you are authorised to do so on behalf of all persons named in the booking and you are acknowledging that all members of your party agree to be bound by these Booking Terms & Conditions. When your booking has been made a confirmation will be sent to you by email using the email address that you have supplied, or by post. Booking confirmations are subject to the availability of accommodation at the hotel. You should carefully check the details of your confirmation as soon as you receive it. You must contact the hotel immediately if any of the details are incorrect or incomplete. We will always endeavour to rectify any inaccuracies or accommodate any alterations you wish to make to your booking. We cannot accept liability for any inaccuracies that are not brought to our attention within seven days of issuing your confirmation, nor can we accept responsibility for inaccurate information that you have supplied.
Paying for your booking
At the time of booking, card details will be required to guarantee your reservation. In some instances, a deposit or full non-refundable pre-payment may be required at the time of booking, or at a stated date prior to your arrival. The amount of payment required at the time of booking will be advised to you when making your booking. Unless stated as part of your booking, additional items such as (but not limited to) the cost of external telephone calls, meals, drinks or damages, are not included in the price of your stay. If you incur any such additional costs you must settle the sum involved prior to your departure from the hotel.
Price changes
We reserve the right to increase or decrease the price of unsold stays at any time. The price of your chosen stay will be confirmed when your booking is made and, with the exception of any errors, we will not increase this price once it has been confirmed. We reserve the right to correct any errors in advertised and confirmed prices and will do so as soon as we become aware of an error. We will notify you of any price discrepancies relating to your booking should they arise, but we strongly advise you to check that the final price of your booking is correct before making your final confirmation.
Amendments to your booking
If you have made a reservation with us directly (either through our website, over the phone, or in person) please email or call us to modify or cancel your booking. Our contact details are at the bottom of this page. If you have booked through a travel agent or other online booking service, you will need to contact them to request your change or cancellation.
Cancellations & Cancellation Policies
Our cancellation policy differs based on the rate type booked. Please check your booking confirmation to see which you booked.
Flexible Rate - If cancelled by midday the day before arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged.
Advance Rate - Pre-paid, non-refundable rate. If cancelled or in case of a no-show, the full payment will be retained.
We strongly recommend that guests seek appropriate travel insurance cover in case of any unforeseen circumstances arising causing a need for you to cancel your reservation
